Certification Details

EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360 Certification

Learn about emotional intelligence and become certified with Multi-Health Systems (MHS) to deliver the Level B assessment tools. The process of certification requires participants to complete 3 online modules (approximately 30 minutes each), 2 days of live training and an online exam. Once completed, participants will become certified by MHS and receive access to the online portal to administer the tools.

The certification includes:

  • Two day live training program
  • Training kit (with access to online modules)
  • The EQ Edge book
  • Individual assessment and debrief
  • $280 tokens towards administering assessments
  • Lunch and refreshments

Cost: $1895 plus HST

HRPA Seal

This certification course has been approved for 11.5 continuing professional development (CPD) hours under Section A of the continuing professional development (CPD) Log of the Human Resource Professionals Association (HRPA). Be sure to note the program ID number on your CPD log. This course also qualifies for CEU’s from the International Coach Federation (9.25 Core Competencies; 6.75 Resource Development).   • Describe the components of the EQ-i2.0 including defining composite scales and subscales
  • Understand the science behind EQ-i2.0 Interpret an EQ-i2.0 assessment
  • Administer the EQ-i2.0
  • Follow a structured approach to preparing for a feedback session
  • Demonstrate the ability to conduct an effective assessment feedback session
  • Explain the benefits of EI to their client groups
  • Describe how EI applies to different disciplines
  • Identify resources available post-certification
  • Assess which report type is appropriate for their client
