Cohort-Based Program
Designed for high potential leaders interested in learning practical tools, skills, and frameworks to help develop their psychological capital, create a culture of trust, and lead through the changing landscape of work - and life!
We work with organizations and run 3 live sessions online over 3 months. Each session runs for 3 hours. The cost of the program is $695 plus HST per person. Programming Includes:
Module 1: Redefining Resilience & Cultivating Trust
Redefining resilience allows leaders to turn challenges into opportunities and creating a culture of trust has never been more imperative. This session presents tools and strategies on how leaders can build resilience and lead for trust.
Assessment: The OPPS Indicator
Module 2: Gender-based Analysis Plus (GBA+) Training
Steps can be taken to minimize the impact of bias in the workplace. This session will present an introduction to the Gender-based Analysis Plus Framework and strategies to reduce levels of automatic bias using the analytical process.
Framework: The GBA+ Model
Module 3: Leading through Change
Change leadership provides leaders of all levels with insights on personal preferences for managing through change and provides context for how those they lead and serve might perceive and respond to their preferred style.

Lead Facilitator
Dr. Rumeet Billan completed her PhD at the University of Toronto and has designed and facilitated programs, courses, and training sessions across industries and sectors. She led the groundbreaking national research study on Tall Poppy Syndrome which reveals the impact of the silent systemic syndrome on women in the workplace. In 2020, she co-led the Canadian Happiness at Work study, in partnership with the Canadian Mental Health Association. Dr. Billan was named Canada’s Top 100 Health Leaders in 2021, Canada’s Top 10 Power Women in 2020, and has been twice named one of Canada’s Top 100 Most Powerful Women.
